The OnlyFans model has amassed an audience of 36,000 paying subscribers on the platform.
Through her content creation and challenges, she has already earned £2 million.
However, she recently revealed that money was never the motivation behind her career.
“I didn’t join OnlyFans because I was desperate for money,” Lily told the channel Email online.
“My parents loved to spoil us, I had a very comfortable and happy life.
“It was a perfect childhood and I had great parents.”
Lily admitted she felt ’embarrassed’ by her fame when she featured in a recent documentary about her unique career.
She has since offered more context about her life before becoming an OnlyFans creator.
“I always thought kids at private schools were a bit weird,” Lily explained.
“And I wasn’t that smart and thought I would be bottom of the class, so I told my parents I didn’t want to go [to private school].”
While the model, who grew up in Denby, Derbyshire, turned her back on this privileged opportunity, her brother accepted their parents’ offer.
Despite doubts about her academic abilities, Lily achieved five GCSEs and went to university to study Nutrition.
However, she revealed that she started ‘sleeping’ as soon as she left the house.
In 2020, she decided to start her OnlyFans account, raising £2,000 in the first month.
“I was selling sex to guys on my nights out without making any money for it, so I thought I might as well charge for it,” Lily explained.
What is OnlyFans?

OnlyFans is a subscription content service based in London.
It is believed to have more than 220 million registered users and more than three million content creators by 2023.
Sex workers charge monthly fees for access to photos, videos and more.
While popular for porn, the site isn’t designed solely with that in mind: anyone who wants to build a fan base and charge money for it can set one up.
Celebrities like Katie Price and Kerry Katona are popular personalities on the platform.
“Whether you upload tutorials, tips, behind-the-scenes footage, or just endless selfies, many of your followers would be willing to pay for it,” the company says.
For every subscription sold to a viewer, artists get 80 percent of the money, while OnlyFans gets the rest.
It is not limited to adult content as it has become popular among physical fitness experts and musicians.
She revealed that the Covid pandemic gave her more time to invest in her OnlyFans activities as she no longer had to attend lectures in person.
Her online hustle has since helped her invest in a luxury flat in West London.
And despite criticism and her own self-admitted ‘shame’, Lily insists she feels ’empowered’ and ‘happy’ in her work.
“Honestly, it changed my life. How I feel about myself, about my self-confidence,” she explained.
“I am a 23-year-old woman who pays my own rent and earns well.
“I am very proud of what I have achieved – I am a feminist, 100%.”
Lily now has her sights set on breaking the record for most sexual partners in 24 hours.
Her team is currently surveying 5,000 men who signed up for the chance to be one of 1,000 chosen to sleep with the star in February.
