A Cicero man is accused of driving on a north-western golf course on Monday evening and hitting a 70-year-old man on the fifth hole.

Tory L. Gardner, 30, is expected to appear for the first time on Thursday afternoon.

Gardner rode his SUV on the Billy Caldwell Golf Course, 6150 North Caldwell, around 5:30 PM and hit the Septuagenarian while other golfers looked in shock, according to witnesses. The victim stays in the Intensive Care in St. Francis Hospital, according to a forest preserves of Cook County spokesperson.

Later Gardner reportedly waved a knife when he left his vehicle on the golf course.

Videos that are placed online and shared below show the Chicago police officers who ride a fairway and later arrest Gardner on the links. Before the police arrived, a golfer Gardner confronted on the track and waved an object in circles, apparently gardner at a distance.

Justice officers have sued Gardner with a heavy battery for a senior who caused a lot of physical injury and illegal use of a knife.

More information about exactly what civil servants believe has happened and, possibly why it happened, should be revealed during the appearance of Gardner.
