While Muhammad Fatchurofi‘s compositions raise a sense of energy through its use of daring color palettes and hectic, coarse textures, his subjects often evoke serene body language, harmony and silent silence.
This complementary nature comes strong from the practice of Figchurofi in not only a formal sentence – with the usual combination of contrasting colors – but also an expressive sentence, while his familiar motifs evoke an atmosphere of mindfulness. As a result, a strong sense of balance continues to evolve in the newer works of Indonesia, the artist established in Indonesia.

Recently Fatchurofi has been venturing into the world of acrylic and canvas and translates his skills into digital illustration into a more tactile practice. “It was a fun activity for me to work with hands and (a) traditional medium,” the artist explains. He also shared that he was inspired to take a step towards painting thanks to process videos shared by the Taiwanese-American artist James Jean On Instagram.
After reaching his first solo exhibition last year, the artist is currently working on more paintings in the hope of discovering new artistic directions and more exhibitions. Find more work on his website And shopand follow Instagram For updates.
