In his new role, all will be located in the new NMB office in Charlotte. He will work closely with the Executive Team, in particular Sharon Lafaurie, Senior Vice President Human Resources of the company.

The company’s announcement said that all will help to launch the NMB Leadership Academy, which will coordinate the entire organization under a common operating system with quarterly and annual goals.
