A woman from New Jersey who died of an overdose of drugs in 2023 was actually murdered by her older sister with the help of the victim’s boyfriend, researchers said.

Cape May County Officers of Justice said that Emily Cruddas, 21, from Upper Township and her sister, Sarah Errickson, 36, from Millville, were engaged in an inheritance conflict when Cruddas was found dead of what a deadly overdose of heroin heroin was heroin.

Cruddas ’16 February 2023, death was initially mentioned as a suicide, but was changed to ‘indefinite’ within a few months.

The sick murder plot came to light after the boyfriend of Cruddas, Joseph Ragan, 22, from Philadelphia, is said to have seen known researchers about a month after her death.

Errickson gave her sister two capsules she had prepared, with crushed Xanax pills and hit the girl, Ragan told the New Jersey State Police.

He said he also saw Errickson that 10 to 15 bags prepared heroin in a single syringe. The older sister then injected the incapacitated cruddas, confessed the boyfriend.

Ragan reportedly admitted that he had held his hand over the mouth of his unconscious girlfriend while Errickson had been given the fatal dose.

He reportedly told the police that he worked because he feared Forickson.

Errickson and Ragan developed a plan to kill Cruddas after she was admitted to hospital after a miscarriage, according to public prosecutors.

The case for an indictment for a murder became stronger last month, after a third person who apparently came up during the murder of Cruddas came forward with their own confession, along with a backpack with 15 waxes of heroin – the same heroin on paper was on Cruddas’s bedside table said the authorities.

Errickson had lost custody of her children, the man said and the fault gave Cruddas.

She also said that Cruddas tried to take her home – the focus of their inheritance fight.

Errickson would also have told other people that she wanted to kill her sister and noticed that a deadly dose of drugs succeeded.

Errickson and Ragan were both accused of murder and conspiracy to commit murder on January 23.
