NYPD agent attached between vehicles in frightening early morning in Manhattan Crash

A NYPD officer was hit by a car got out of hand and fixed between two vehicles in a dramatic crash that unfolded in Manhattan on Friday morning, the authorities said.

The 26-year-old uniformed agent walked around 7.12 am to his car on West 13th Street in the West Village when a black Dodge Charger who rode on Seventh Avenue on Seventh Avenue, changed lane and rammed into a Sanitation Street Sweeper, the police said.

The crazy 43-year-old driver lost control of the muscle car and shot the officer on the officer’s side and submitted him between his police cruiser and the sporty sedan.

The officer was taken to a nearby hospital in a stable condition for treatment, the police said.

It remains unclear which injuries he sustained.

The hectic driver, who was treated in the Bellevue hospital after complaining about pain, was taken into custody.

There are charges, the police said.
