OFCOM, the probe falls in the question of whether only fans do enough to prevent access to porn under the age of 18

Watchdog ofcom has dropped an investigation into whether only the subscription site fans does sufficiently to prevent access to porn on the platform under the age of 18.

However, the supervisor continues a probe in the question of whether the site did not provide it with full and accurate information if requested.

Ofcom opened the investigation for the first time in May last year.

At the time, only fans said that a “coding configuration problem” had led to a reporting error, which had changed it proactively with the watchdog that once discovered.

“We do not make findings about these issues and were allowed to reveal further information, reserve our right to reopen this investigation,” said ofcom in his statement.

A spokesperson for Onlyfans said: “We welcome the decision of today of ofcom.

“Since 2021, only fans has used the age advertisement provider Yoti approved by the government to check whether fans in the UK are older than 18.

“In all times, only the age of only fans was set at at least 20 years old.

“Only fans are and has always been convinced that these measures are sufficient to meet our obligations to protect under the age of 18 against access to limited material.”

Videos on fans only include the 23-year-old Brit Lily Phillips who have sex with 101 men in one day.
