A sobbing single fans model avoided prison after she had filmed illegal videos from a minor girl to Flog on WhatsApp.
Ellie Rixon has set up in the 16-year-old to take the X-rated clips and photos over a period of seven months.
The 20-year-old agreed to share the “proceeds” with the teenager, who had agreed to the material that was shared.
But Liverpool Crown Court Heard that because of her age she was legally unable to give permission.
The model had confronted a prison sentence of six years after the police found the stock of children’s sex images, but instead received a suspended sentence.
The prosecutors said that Rixon initially believed that the girl was 18, but continued to make the illegal content after discovering her real age.
The victim later contacted the MerseSide police to report that Rixon “had countless indecent photos and videos of her” and was “they sell and post”.
The police fell over her house and discovered that she had taken 43 category A indecent images – the most serious – of the girl.
Officers also discovered another 11 in category B and 119 in category C, the court heard.
Public Prosecutor Joanne Daniels said: “The suspect creates pornographic content that she sells online on social media and only fans.
“The suspect would take her executive actions or be naked and post this online. [The girl] The suspect asked to bring them down, but the suspect refused.
“The distribution can only be proven on WhatsApp and not just on fans alone.”
Rixon was demolished in the court when a prison sentence of six years was mentioned as a starting point by Mrs Daniels.
Judge Neil Flewitt KC was forced to tell a woman in the public gallery to “calm down” after she had shouted “f ** k off”.
Lloyd Morgan, defensive, said in mitigation: ‘Your honor must have seen the trauma she suffered.
“She is very vulnerable herself. These are two vulnerable girls, both of whom agree that they are distributed for some financial gain.”
Rixon admitted three counts of the production of indecent images of a child and three distribution of indecent images.
She received a prison sentence of 24 months for two years and ordered a requirement of 12 months of drug rehabilitation to complete.
The model is also mandatory to sign the register of sex offenders for the next Ten years and received an order of sexual damage.
Condemnation the judge said: “[The victim] Was able to give permission in the law with all the sexual activities in which she participated.
“Where she was unable to agree or make it legal, the production and distribution of these images was while she stayed under 18.
“Although she did permission, what happened was still illegal. I accept that when it started, you did not realize your age, but you continued after you found out how old she was.”
