But when the 29-year-old demanded more cash, the man went to the police and she was arrested.
Guy has now avoided a prison sentence and was instead given a two-year prison sentence, suspended for two years.
Even while awaiting sentencing for blackmail, the sassy model continued to promote her OnlyFans page.
Swindon Crown Court heard the victim, who cannot be named, was terrified he would lose his family if Guy exposed him.
In a statement to the court he said: “I felt trapped and helpless. I didn’t have enough money to pay my rent and bills, which was a huge pressure for me.
“I felt like I had no choice but to pay the money because she had made the threats very clear and I was afraid of the devastating impact it would have on my life if I didn’t pay.”
After the victim went to the police, the model was arrested and charged with blackmail.
She pleaded guilty to the crime in December last year, which carries a maximum sentence of 14 years.
Guy then shared an apology on her social media for the ‘stupid’ mistake.
She said: “If I could go back to when it happened I would because honestly it was just a mistake.
‘But this little mistake has now cost me so much pain and anguish that I can’t even explain it.
“If I could give anyone any advice, don’t think you’re untouchable because one day something will catch up.”
In addition to a suspended prison sentence, Guy must pay the victim £450 in compensation at the rate of £50 per month.
She was also ordered to complete 225 hours of unpaid work in the community and 12 mental health sessions health treatment.
Guy will also have to complete 15 rehabilitation activity days with the probation service.
DC Emma Rossiter said: “The man met her victim through SnapChat, where she sold adult photos of herself.
“She then started threatening to tell his partner if he didn’t hand over money.
“Unfortunately, we see more and more people being blackmailed via social media sites.
‘If you have been a victim, we would like you to remember that what happened is not your fault, even though you may have been told it was.
“We understand it can be difficult to report these types of crimes to us, but we are here to listen and help where we can.”
