Oopsie! Burglar left his backpack and driver's license at the crime scene, say civil servants
Eduardo Torres (Chicago Police Department, picket))

Chicago-one 13-time criminal criminal who is on trial-ja, probation age for burglary is again accused of burglary after he reportedly broke into the garage of an Edgewaterman and forgotten a backpack left with his driver’s license at the crime scene.

Justice officers say that Eduardo Torres has introduced a false police report that he had been robbed of the backpack to hide the fact that his bag was in the victim’s garage.

Surveillance video reportedly showed the 54-year-old on December 21 that the 54-year-old entered a garage in the 1300-block of West Rosedale to steal a weed district and a leaf blower. Unfortunately for Torres he left his backpack and it contained his driver’s license, with his name and current address, according to a police report in Chicago.

Later on the same day, Torres called the police to report that they were being robbed of the 5600 block of North Ridge, officials said. A cop who assessed video from where the robbery reportedly took place found nothing to indicate that a crime took place. They didn’t even see Torres on the images, said the police report.

Last April, Torres argued guilty of hiring a house into the 1900 block of North Albany in exchange for a four -year period conditional by judge Michael Hood, according to the court reports.

Those records show that his long history includes a 13-year punishment for seven robberies in 2010; 13 years for armed violence and the possession of a stolen vehicle and theft and carjacking in 1997; And a five -year prison sentence for owning a stolen car in 1995.
