About ten minutes after the Blackstone robbery, a CPD land unit saw a black Mitsubishi that had been seen near various overfall locations. A nearby CPD helicopter team immediately started to follow the vehicle that fled from the police.

Officers arrested four suspects who brought out of the car a short time later in the 800 block of East 37th Street. The police also found a gun next to the vehicle.

Researchers now work to connect the suspects with the robberies via Line -ups, video certificate and other techniques.
