CHICAGO – A fast food restaurant near Goose Island was robbed three times in less than two weeks, according to Chicago police reports. The same suspects are believed to be responsible for all three incidents at Wingstop, 830 North Milwaukee.

The robberies began on Jan. 3 around 6:30 p.m. when two robbers, possibly juveniles, showed a gun and robbed the cashier of about $170, according to a report.

On January 8, an identical robbery took place around 7:15 p.m. A Wingstop employee told police they recognized the robbers as the same people who robbed the restaurant the first time, according to a report.

Recently, two robbers threatened to shoot an employee during a robbery on Monday, January 13 around 9:10 p.m.

In all three robberies, the suspects were described as high school-aged black men wearing masks and hoodies. They were seen leaving the area on foot after the first robbery, but fled in vehicles after the other two crimes.
