A rich mother of Utah of three – accused of shooting her husband’s killing while he slept after a screaming match about an alleged affair she had – appeared in court this month while the police were still looking for a body.

Jennifer Gemdhill, 42, did not argue guilty of murder and abandoned her right to a provisional hearing in the Matheson Courthouse in Salt Lake City on February 6, Fox 13 reported.

Gemdhill, dressed in a blue prison jumpsuit, with glasses with a black and tied her up, confirmed that taking her rights to the hearing was her decision when Judge Adam Mow was asked.

The cold -blooded murder is said to come after a night of drunk sex in which Gemthill admitted with another man, according to researchers.

The mother is accused of shooting her 51-year-old husband, Matthew Johnson, in their Cottonwood Heights house, at the end of September after they had a fight when he confronted her with her alleged affair.

The mother of three would then have thrown away his body and reported him missing on September 28 – eight days after the alleged murder.

The alleged murder, however, was revealed after a man came forward and told agents that he had “an illegitimate affair” with Goldhill and whom she confessed about the horrific murder, Salt Lake County District Attorney Sim Gill said in a statement In October.

Her alleged lover – who is not called – claimed that Gemhill told him that her husband, a member of the National Guard of Utah, had confronted her on September 20 and “shouted at her because he knew she had slept with someone else.”

‘The suspect told the informant that she shot Mr. Johnson [the next day] While he slept in their bed, “said the explanation.

“She told the informant that she put the body of Mr. Johnson in a storage container on the roof, pushed him off the stairs and loaded his body in the back of their minibus.”

Gledhill “then took her husband’s body to the north, grooving a hole and buried him in a shallow grave,” added the DA to the information of her alleged lover.

Public Prosecutors believe that the alleged murderer subsequently made Johnson’s phone, drove his truck to another part of the neighborhood and brought her car to a wash bag.

She was caught on surveillance cameras “thoroughly” clean the car after the alleged murder and the police followed the GPS data from her phone to the exact location where the truck was later found.

Researchers have still not found his body.

The DA said that the lover of Gedhill Message provided screenshots and telephone recordings to the authorities.

Detectives say they searched the house of the couple and found a Glock 19 box wrapped in the onesie of a child near where Goldhill would sleep.

A neighbor also claimed that Gemthill’s parents helped her to clean up the house until almost midnight 24 September.

Her mother told the authorities that they were only there for an hour and her father said he did not remember the details of the day.

Judicial data revealed that the couple experienced a controversial divorce and custody battle for their three children, who are 11, 7 and 5 years old.

Gedhill had a temporary house ban against Johnson at the end of August.

The court refused its request for a permanent measure on 16 September after an assessment that he had not committed any abuse.

The next court performance of the alleged murderer is scheduled for 28 February.
