The Russell brand is accused of dragging another woman to a male toilet and touching the breasts of another woman without permission, according to new judicial documents.
The Cabaretier-Wellness Guru, 49, was hit last month with accusations of rape, indecent attack, oral rape and two counts of sexual violence, according to the Metropolitan Police.
The alleged violations are bound by four separate women and took place between 1999 and 2005, the police said.
Cops opened an investigation into sexual crimes into the brand in September 2023 – just a few weeks after the Sunday Times and the documentary show “Dispatches” of Channel 4 TV reported that four women had accused the brand of sexual violence – including a rape that was reportedly taking place in his house in Los Angeles in 2012.
Brand, who has been living in the US since February, is on Friday in Westminster Magistrates’ Court in London.
He was also served with a summons.
In a video that was shared on social media on Wednesday, Brand said that he “was on his way to the UK for what I am convinced will be a simple formality.”
“I am absolutely open to and welcome the chance to defend myself because my innocence is tireless,” he said, adding that “fingers crossed” would be back to stream his daily show on Monday.
In judicial documents, the “Forging Measurement Sarah Marshall” actor is accused of attacking a woman in 2001 by “grabbing her arm and drag her to a male toilet.”
He is also accused of sexual abuse of another woman in Westminster, London, in 2004, by touching her breasts without her permission. The police said he is also responsible for the alleged oral rape that took place that same year.
The brand reportedly raped another woman Bournemouth in 1999 and attacked a then 16-year-old girl by forcing her to perform oral sex during a three-month relationship.
The teenagers then claimed that she had to hit the “him to the Greek” actor in the stomach to stop him, the report claimed.
Another woman, cited in the first medi report, claimed that he had sexually abused her in his West Hollywood residence after the two met during an anonymous alcoholics meeting.
In a video that was shared on social media last month, Brand – who was previously married to pop star Katy Perry – denied the allegations and said he was ‘never’ a rapist.
“I was a fool before I lived in the Lord’s light. I was a drug addict, a sex addict and an imbecile, but what I was never was a rapist,” he said in a video.
“I have never been busy with non-consensual activity. I pray that you can see that by looking in my eyes.”
“I am now going to get the chance to defend these charges in court and I am incredibly grateful for that,” he added.
