The Samsung Galaxy A36, as well as the Samsung Galaxy A56, will soon seem to offer a few new mid-range smartphone options.
Samsung India has placed a teaser video on YouTube that hints that it will soon announce new Galaxy A-series devices. These are widely tipped like the Samsung Galaxy A36 and Samsung Galaxy A56, while the Samsung Galaxy A26 is also with a scream of appearing.
What does the Samsung video tell us?
In the video of one minute, which is apparently the target of a younger demography (feel the poldering EDM beats; witness the emoji), Samsung promises a number of “great” things of these new A-series devices.
They have great design, camera, durability and security.
Perhaps the most interesting of everything, the Galaxy A36 and Galaxy A56 (if it really is these two phones) will be delivered with six OS updates. That would be a major improvement compared to the Samsung Galaxy A35 and the Samsung Galaxy A55, both of which came with the promise of four OS updates.

What does the Samsung video not tell us?
This is a pure teaser video and it does not tell us the specific names of the devices, nor when Samsung will announce them exactly. Reports suggest that it could be as fast as next week, but we will see.
Strangely enough, the devices in the video may not even be the actual Galaxy A36 and Galaxy A56. Leaks and rumors suggest that Samsung changes the design of the rear camera for these phones and again merges them into a single sucking module.
One of those leaks, from Android headlines, reveals official Galaxy A-series case accessories and emphasizes the new Unified Camera design.
However, the official video has A-series devices with the current separate camera design. Does Samsung Coy play with us?
It uses the video to scream about the 89 million users of the A-series, and there is a generic feeling about the whole thing. But to sneak in the point about six OS updates, which does not have a current A-series device, suggests that this is a future-oriented video.

Why would I care about the Samsung Galaxy A36 and A56?
So a couple of affordable telephones are announced by Samsung. Why would you care?
What about the fact that we have mentioned the direct predecessor of the Galaxy A36, the Samsung Galaxy A35, as one of our favorite budget telephones on the market?
Our reviewer called it “great value for the average user”, and praised the software support, decent cameras, strong display and excellent battery life.
We were exuberant about the Galaxy A55 in the same way and called as one of the best mid-range options there are. We have praised the Premium Galaxy S-like Build, excellent battery life and competitive prices.
