Sean “Diddy” Combs once called his boss at Combs Enterprises Staff Kristina Khorram his “right hand” – but a source close to the federal sex trafficking investigation into him believes she is more his “chief manipulator.”
“If anyone is a gatekeeper, Kristina would know everything,” the source added to The Post.
“High-level supervisors” were named Tuesday in the three-count federal indictment accusing Combs of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation for prostitution, a day after the 54-year-old hip-hop mogul was arrested by Homeland Security agents in New York city hotel.
Combs has pleaded not guilty to the charges but remains in custody by judge order after a $50 million bail offer was rejected. Khorram has not been arrested or charged with any crime.
According to the indictment, Combs allegedly used “certain employees,” including “high-level supervisors,” to “conduct, facilitate and cover up his abuse and commercial sex.” [ring]”, although none of its employees were named in the papers.
The supervisors facilitated sexual performances called “Freak Offs,” the indictment said, including sex workers and “pre-stocking the hotel rooms with required Freak Off supplies, including controlled substances, baby oil lube, extra bedding and lighting.”
During raids on Diddy’s homes earlier this year, “narcotics and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lube” were seized by federal agents.
“[The Feds] obtained evidence from many sources – recordings, text messages – names, text messages from Kristina Khorram.”
Khorram did not respond to The Post’s request for comment on Tuesday. In 2021, Diddy had posted about her on Facebook saying, “She has been my right hand for the past 8 years and has consistently proven that she can execute and get anything done. I don’t know how I would function without her.”
In a lawsuit separate from the federal investigation filed by rapper Lil Rod in February, Khorram, 37, was described as the “Ghislaine Maxwell to Sean Combs’ Jeffrey Epstein” — a reference to the infamous sex offender and his now-imprisoned right-hand man — and accused of ‘ordering sex workers and prostitutes for him’.
Lil Rod, born Rodney Jones, also alleged in an amended complaint that Khorram “required” Combs’ household staff, including the butler, chef and housekeepers, to carry a “fanny pack” containing cocaine, GHB, ecstasy, marijuana gummies and a pink drug called Tuci – a combination of ecstasy and cocaine – so Combs could indulge in his “drug of choice” at any time.
According to Lil Rod’s indictment, Khorram also “knowingly and intentionally participated in, committed, aided, abetted and facilitated a sex trafficking enterprise.”
As chief of staff, Khorram was “instrumental in organizing and executing the [Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act] company,” which he claims Diddy was in charge of.
Also according to Lil Rod’s indictment, Khorram had another employee, Stevie J, recruit sex workers to participate in the “freak offs.”
The lawsuit against Lil Rod is still ongoing, but Diddy’s lawyers have filed a motion to dismiss the case.
“Mr. Jones’ lawsuit is pure fiction – a shameless attempt to create media hype and secure a quick settlement… Mr. Jones was not threatened, groomed, assaulted or trafficked. We look forward to proving – in a court of law – that all of Mr. Jones’ claims are fabricated and should be dismissed,” attorney Erica Wolff told USA Today in August about the lawsuit.
Khorram joined Bad Boy Entertainment in 2013 as a senior executive and became a manager for Diddy, the “director, office of the chairman” of Combs Enterprises, according to her now-deleted LinkedIn profile. In 2020, she was appointed chief of staff.
“Kristina could be involved,” the source said, referring to the federal case against Diddy. “If she’s smart, at least she will be.”
