“Sometimes it makes life almost unbearable.

“I was promised that I would get older and wiser, but sometimes I feel that I am just a aging fool.”

ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) is a condition in which the brain works differently for most people.

John said to fans in the clip: “Oh, we can just talk about the reality of life with ADHD because you know that we often think we have a super power and sometimes it can be very good for us.

“It can be of service to us in so many ways where we can repair and achieve things and create things and really do the best work or something that is conceivable, but often that is such a Pyrrhian victory because we make ourselves dry whether we are exhausting ourselves in doing or we abandoned or friends or family and the reality of ADHD is that it can be the right life.

“It is the right path despite what people who love us could say.

“And when it comes to us that we are bustle our interest, reality begins and we see the truth and we see the situation for what it is.

“At that time we were left as F ***, I have given up so much for this. I have ignored people who love me for this.

“And this is really tiring, because usually the older gets you how wise you get.

“And although that can still be true in a situation where you have ADHD, I think the reality.

“As you get older, you don’t necessarily get wiser, you just get older and if you get older and you continue to make crazy small mistakes, people become less tolerant for those mistakes because you are older and wiser.”

He added: “How much we can say that ADHD is a super power that it is, let’s also admit that it is a concrete block around us and I think we should acknowledge.

“You know that there is so much positivity, but on the downside of it can be so paralyzing and so dehumanizing and annoying.”

“If I could live life on this point in my life, I would turn the chance and I know it is not very pro ADHD, it’s not a bad kind of the flag that keeps our community up, but sometimes it’s just tiring, it’s horrible and sometimes I hate it.”

His fans race to share messages from support in the commentary part.

They wrote: “Those who love you will always have patience and understanding. They will listen and understand when you are overwhelmed and frustrated. Asking for help is empowerment.”

A second said: “Thank you for this. I see so many ‘quirky’ messages about ADHD (forgetting keys, too late), but the reality and guilt can be incredibly difficult to live with. Solidarity.”
