Studio Sangath designs a dream house of Terracotta and recycled stones in India – Kolossaal

Nestled in the rolling Alloa -Hills near the Sabarmati River in Gandhinagar, India, Studio Sangath Has devised a daring, contemporary house with the help of terracotta and recycled brick. Under the leadership of main architects Khushnu Pannhaki Hoof and Sönke Hoof, the project serves as a peaceful refuge in which the owners can again make contact with nature and host who can promote writers, artists and filmmakers in an environment that are conducive to creativity.

The angular arches, stairs, veranda and interior surfaces of the building are constructed using compressed bricks made from the powder -shaped waste produced in brick ovens. “The design gives priority to harmony with nature, with an open courtyard that enters the landscape, view from every corner,” says the studio.
