Study Reveals That 93% of Nigerians Are Eager to Invest in Crypto

A recent survey from ConsenSys and YouGov highlights the growing interest in cryptocurrency in emerging markets. The survey shows that 93% of Nigerians are keen to invest in crypto in the coming year, followed by South Africans at 77%. Other countries such as the Philippines, India and Indonesia show great enthusiasm with 59%, 58% and 54% respectively. In contrast, developed markets are showing less interest in crypto investments, with only 41% of Americans and 15% of Brits willing to invest. The findings highlight a significant gap in cryptocurrency adoption between emerging and developed economies, demonstrating the increasing potential of digital assets in regions with rapid financial innovation.
