Subaru Australia has a new version of its plagued WRX Sports Sedan Online, show that we will soon see the STI name return alongside higher Performance Parts on a new flagship figure.
In a video uploaded to social media, Subaru teased a WRX-Sedan with Recaro rates, gold-colored Brembo brake claws with six piston, black alloy wheels, exhaust points of Sti-Branded and a large wing-from which the last one was a classic Sti was design cue .
The video ends with the sound of a WRX -fasting, with the time between the gear changes that seem to indicate that it is equipped with a manual transmission.

Strangely enough, bathing reveals in the latest video that the coming model is wearing the top-wrx ts (Tuned by Sti) Branding cleaning up any speculation of a fully-fledged STD recovery.
The current generation WRX was launched in Australia in 2022 and heralded the death of the entire Sti variant and the long-term ‘EJ’ engine of Subaru together.
Since the death of the STD, the nearest model in the Australian line-up has been the top specte-sedan, but unlike SOT of yesteryear, it has identical outputs on the wider WRX-Line-up and is only available with a Continuous variable transmission (CVT).
Previous reports suggest that the TS equipment level will soon achieve a manual transmission, such as the basic and mid-spec RS variants.
The functions in this teaser, however, bear a striking resemblance to last year’s Limited-Edition WRX Club specification, of which only 150 were made available in Australia.
The WRX Club specification was equipped with unique components, including matte gray 19-inch alloy wheels in Bridgestone-rubber, Brembo brake claws, coordinated control and suspension, an STD rear wing and recaro front seats.
It is possible that this is an indirect return of the manual club-spec level level as a permanent variant that the TS badge is wearing, but this still has to be confirmed.
The scourge of the model also has similarities with the Japanese market WRX S4 Sti Sport R-Black Limited.
The Alone-Japan model has the same recaro seats and sti-rear wing plagued, although it differs from its black mirror covers and the fact that it is only available with the CVT Automatic, which is marketed as the ‘Subaru Performance Transmission . ‘
The Subaru WRX S4 STI Sport R-Black Limited costs 5,302,000 Japanese yen (A $ 55,332), while the Lager-Spec WRX S4 Sti Sport R Ex on which it is based, costs 5,027,000 yen (A $ 52,442).
This incoming model is independent of the recently revealed WRX STI S210, another automatic edition with only Japan with customized performance components and a Power Bump.
In Australia, the WRX Sedan-Line-Up starts from $ 47,490 before on-road costs in manual form, and $ 49,990 plus on roads for the CVT car.
The most expensive manual Subaru in Australia is currently the WRX RS for $ 52,990 before on-roads.
All Subaru WRXs sold in Australia are powered by a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine with turbo vehicle, which produces 202 kW and 350 Nm.
