Teen raped by recent Parolee in Bronx Stairs

Just after eight years in prison, a parolee was released for the sexual abuse of a young boy and throwing a roof, is now being accused of raping a 15-year-old girl in a Bronx stairwell, said the police and sources.

Casmine Aska, 29, is said to have beaten the teenager in a lift on a 140 Bellamy Loop in Co-op City Thursday, forcing her in a stairwell and raped her, the police said. He was arrested on Friday evening and accused of rape the first degree, the police said.

Aska had only been on conditional release since January 30 after he was convicted for attempted murder when he was a 9-year-old boy who was sexually abused of the roof of a Bronx apartment building of five floors on 1 February 2013, said the police sources.

He was locked up in 2017 and served for eight years in the State prison, according to the prison of the State.

The family did not realize what happened until a hectic neighbor shouted that the boy is “downstairs!”

By the time his mother rushed out, the child was already loaded into an ambulance.

Together with the second -degree attempted murder order, ASKA was also accused of a criminal sexual act, sexual abuse, sexual misconduct and acting in a way that is harmful to a child less than 17 for the crime of 2013, the sources said.

He was also arrested several times before resisting arrest, threat and abuse alongside other charges, according to the sources.
