As of today, Netflix is allowing you to take the red pill, as the Matrix trilogy has arrived on the streaming giant.
The Matrix, The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions debuted on Netflix UK on Saturday December 14 – giving you three alternative action films to enjoy if you don’t want to get burned out on festive films.
The films were previously on Netflix in several countries, including Japan, Finland and Spain. Of course, the library changes regularly, so although they are now available here in the UK, it almost certainly won’t be a permanent move – so enjoy them while you have the chance.
Although Netflix UK has a post on all three films confirming their arrival, 2021’s The Matrix Resurrections will not be available to stream on the library.
It appears that the US Netflix library won’t be releasing The Matrix films anytime soon, nor will they be available for free on other streaming services. However, if you use a VPN (such as NordVPN) you can use this to connect to a UK server and stream the Matrix trilogy. You can read more in our guide on how to watch Netflix from abroad.
