A Sham rental company whose Topsy-Turvy take over the $ 1 million house of a woman in queens in Queens Installed fear of roofers in the city was sentenced on Friday to two years in prison.
The sentence ends a bizarre saga in which Range Rover-rovering Brian Rodriguez, 36, not only rented rooms in the sink in 2024, but also nypt-agents convinced that the rightful owner, Adele Andaloro, wrongly sent him out.
The confused agents even fascinated Andaloro while a news team filmed a moment she said she could help her.

Andaloro had inherited the 160th Street house from her parents, but arrived in February 2024 to find it filled with squatters and changed the ditches.

Cops arrived and supervised Andaloro from the building.
Rodriguez claimed that he had been released illegally and afterwards told the post that a mysterious benefactor “Ronnie Ferg” whom he met in a laundry had scammed him to “rent” the house.
The law of the New York City enables people to claim with Kraan immediately after they have been on the site for 30 days.
Queens officers of justice eventually accused Rodriguez of falsely claiming to be a legal tenant who is confronted with deportation and intimidation.
He argued guilty in January to wrongly report an incident, which led to his conviction.
The Sham Squatter appeared in Queens Court dressed in a black sweatsuit, with two women by his side. While the hearing unfolded, one of the women sobbed loudly.
“Brian Rodriguez thought he could get away from squat in someone else’s house and make a profit for himself based on his fictional report of the tenant,” said Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz in a statement.
Andaloro told reporters that she could not stand while Rodriguez tried to steal her family house.
She had a simple desire after the whole test: “Go back to a regular, boring daily life.”
