Israeli startup Eself ai has developed a technology that offers interactive AI brokers who are able to answer questions and to lead potential buyers at any time through offers.
“We are not only a face that moves and speaks while the agent responds to the user, but we also have the parts of video and image options,” Esef AI co-founder and CEO Alan Bekker told FOX Business.
Bekker explained that the technology of the company integrates great language models into a visual and interactive experience, in which its impact was compared with how “films for books” did by making information more accessible.
The adaptable AI bots made with the Eself AI platform have been taken over in various industries, including education, customer service and real estate.
One of the companies that use the technology is real estate brokerage company established in Portugal Porta da Frente Christie’swho has reported a turnover of $ 100 million that have been generated from leads provided by the AI agent.
Porta da Frente Christie’s CEO João Cília told Fox Business that the company has seen great results since the Live Testing of the AI agent about a year ago.
“We currently have more than 5,000 properties in our portfolio. It is impossible for a physical person to know all the information about these 5,000 properties, but it is not impossible for an AI agent to do this, “Cília said. “So as a customer, probably and most likely, you will immediately get a much better service than you will have with a physical commercial consultant because she knows – the AI agent knows – everything about all the characteristics.”
When customers have contact with the AI agent, they offer basic details such as location approvals, budget and the number of bedrooms. From there, the AI lists can filter and perform virtual tours, with detailed descriptions of available properties.
The AI assistant also helped to bridge the gaps for time zone for Porta da Frente Christie’s, who serves international customers, especially from the US and Brazil.
Cília said that the AI ensures that buyers can immediately receive answers despite the time difference of five hours, which improves the customer experience without requiring the human staff of the clock.
“In a certain way, it replaces the search that they have online,” Cília told Fox Business.
Looking ahead, Cília believes that AI agents can change the sale of real estate considerably by reducing dependence on human agents and reducing operational costs.
“If we can use it on a large scale in the future in the long term or in the future in the medium term, I would say that it can replace many of the physical commercial consultants, and in this sense the operation of these properties can make much cheaper,” he said.
