After more than 25 days, Apple and Google Tiktok recovered in the Thrusday evening in the US. Both companies removed the app on January 18 from the App Store and the Play Store in response to a National Security Act.

Trump said last month that he would like the US to have 50% share of Tiktok together with other companies through a joint venture. He also meant the American Soverign Fund that could participate in the interaction of Tiktok.
