The relocation comes in the midst of increasing migration from the US to Latin -America, as well as increasing interest from Latin -American investors in real estate in Texas, according to the MLS unlock.

According to leaders, integration subscribers gives access to broader market data and new networking opportunities throughout America.

The decision to pursue a global data partner shelf followed an assessment of the needs of the members of 2024 by unlocking MLS and the Austin Board of Realtors’ Worldwide advisory group. The findings indicated that agents and brokers want better access to international tools and insights into real estate.

Ross Buck, CEO of Omni MLS, said that the agreement reflects the shared goals of the companies.

Due to integration, MLS subscribers will be able to analyze Latin -American real estate trends, support customers with international relocation or investment needs and to extend their business networks across borders.
