Chicago-Surveillance Video has emerged with a waste collector with a hidden Carry license that shoots two potential robbers while working outside a Chicago Elementary school on Friday. The police said that one of the robbers was killed and the other was seriously injured, but the armed sanitary employee was not damaged.
While the video starts (below), a garbage truck is supported in a service area next to DRW College PrEP, 931 South Homan, around 5:18 am the 28-year-old victim, apparently only works, runs the back of the truck along the driver’s side and see The two robbers immediately approach on the passenger side.
One of the robbers, apparently much larger than the other, confronts the victim while the second perpetrator walks with a gun. The victim seems to push the gun of the robber away with his forearm while struggling with the bigger thief.
While the shooter expands his weapon again, the victim fires at least three shots and neutralizes the armed thief, who falls to the ground.
Apparently unbound, the second thief seems to fight the victim even more aggressively, his arms are wrapped around the man, who fires more shots. The second thief becomes incapacitated for work and deposits and takes the victim to the ground.
The video ends with the victim who rises and leaves the alley, so that both robbers lie immobile on the wet paving behind him. Note: the following video can be disturbing for some viewers.

Officials said that 42-year-old Kenneth Elliot was killed during the fight. He is the largest of the two suspects. According to CPD, the second thief was a 20-year-old man who stays in critical condition.
EMS also brought the garbage collector to St. Anthony Hospital for an evaluation, but the police said he was in good condition.
