Volkswagen Australia has announced prices for two extra variants in his ID. Electric vehicle (EV) family, which at the same time completes the line -ups for each of the two electric SUVs.

Volkswagen says that the ID.4 GTX is a supplement to the new Tiguan 195TSI R-line, which produces 195 kW of current and 400 Nm of torque from its 2.0-liter four-cylinder with turbo engine for a 5.9 seconds 0-100 km/h-time. It costs $ 70,490 for on-roads.
The ID.4 GTX produces up to 250 kW (+40 kW via the Pro) and controls its strength via a dual engine four-wheel drive, accelerated from 0-100 km/h in 5.4 seconds.
These figures are identical to the ID.5 GTX, which also produces 679 Nm of torque.
Claimd WLTP driving range for the ID.4 GTX is 511 km, a decrease of 528 km for the ID.5 GTX and 544 km for the rear-wheel drive ID.4 Pro.
The ID.5 Pro now receives the rear -wheel drive of the ID.4 Pro, which produces 210 kW power and 545 Nm of torque. The claimed 0-100 km/h time is 6.7 seconds, while it can travel on a load on the WLTP cycle.
All use a battery with a net capacity of 77 kWh, which can be charged to 175 kW with the help of a DC -fast charger.
Inside, the ID.4 GTX receives the same treatment as the ID.5 GTX, with sports seats with integrated head steps, with ‘GTX’ embossing, red accents and red stitching.

The ID.5 Pro reflects the Equivalent ID.4 and still contains appeals such as Matrix LED headlights, a panoramic glass roof, Artvelours covering, Tri-Zone Climate Control and a 12.9-inch infotainment display with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Safety equipment for both includes Volkswagen Travel Assist with Adaptive Cruise Control and Active Lane Assist, oncoming vehicle brakes when running, proactive protection against residents and a surround-view camera. Both the ID.4 and ID.5 wear five-star Ancap security assessments.
The ID.4 and ID.5 reach benefit from the “On EV” initiative of Volkswagen Group Australia, with an eight -year -old, 160,000 km battery guarantee, free battery health controls and “simplified charging solutions” with Ampol amplifier.
Both models are also supported by Volkswagen’s standard five-year-old, unlimited warranty kilometer.
