A prison guard accused of having sex with an inmate in an X-rated video filmed in a prison cell has criticized scammers for trying to cash in on her newfound fame.
Linda De Sousa Abreu, 30, spoke out and moaned that people are falling for fake OnlyFans pages.
She branded other impersonators ‘incredibly distasteful’[/caption]
The ex-screw at HMP Wandsworth, south-west London, was charged over a video showing a seedy prison sex session.
Since the incident, two porn stars have copied the video style under a fake nick and received thousands of views in their own video.
Linda lashed out at the online creators of X-rated content, calling them and other impersonators “incredibly distasteful.”
She said, “I hope you understand that this is going to be a very difficult and uncomfortable conversation for me.
“I want to clarify many things. There have been a huge amount of fake profiles of me who have made money from my accident, a scandal that has somehow involved the whole world.
“I didn’t make any money from it. If you come across fake profiles of mine, don’t fall for them.
“There have been many GoFundme pages and OnlyFans accounts that are not me, and I apologize if you fell into them, from the bottom of my heart I apologize.
“I would like to address this very unsavory topic of the creators of OnlyFans posing as me and pretending to be me and recreating the sad scandal in which I am allegedly involved.
“It’s incredibly distasteful. Please don’t tag HMP Wandsworth, there are other prisons in the world.
“You don’t know my side of the story. You don’t know who has you, you don’t know who your real friends are until something comes out.
“Honestly, family, friends, you have to pick them very carefully, very carefully. You think they have your back, but that’s just not the case. That’s really heartbreaking.”
Married De Sousa Abreu, from Fulham, west London, was charged last month with misconduct in public office.
She was released on conditional bail and will appear at Isleworth Crown Court on July 29.
The delay in the video turned out to be burglar Linton Weirich, who is in custody for four years and nine months.
Weirich is not under police investigation after the rendezvous.
The burly conman – known inside as ‘L’ – was separated but is unlikely to face further punishment.
It is also believed that he has a girlfriend on the outside who is heavily pregnant.
Weirich is in custody at HMP Wandsworth following a £65,000 burglary at a flat in Kensington, west London, in March 2022.
A video shared by Weirich on TikTok was found showing the inmate leaving prison in October last year after also being caught for dangerous driving.
He had pleaded guilty to the offense at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court in March 2018.
Delay also admitted assaulting a police officer with intent to resist arrest, driving without a license and driving without insurance.
