WAYNE ROONEY has been tipped to earn 70 times more than his Plymouth Argyle wage by taking on a tough new job.

The Manchester United legend is back in charge of the plucky Championship side after being sacked by Birmingham last season.

Argyle have won one of their five matches in England’s second tier so far.

And Wazza will be hoping their form can improve if he sees an attack on the table.

However, Rooney may be better suited to join a new brutal world.

That’s because a study shows that he would make a fortune on the lucrative platform OnlyFans.

And the total money would even eclipse the highest amount Rooney earned annually at United.

The former England captain is estimated to earn a salary of £500,000 a year at Argyle.

That’s on par with most modest championship budgets.

But Footy accumulators thinks Rooney could save more than £35million every 12 months on OnlyFans.

Wazza has 16.3 million followers on the social media platform Instagram.

And if he were to transfer it to an Only Fans page, he would rake in millions, with Rooney’s top salary at former club United being just £15m a year.

Rooney is not the only football icon who would benefit from the move.

Man City boss Pep Guardiola’s 8.1 million Insta followers could see him earn almost £17.5 million on OnlyFans.
