Stablecoin Payment Platform Wirex Pay has announced its expansion to the Stellar Blockchain after receiving a top price from the Stellar Community Fund (SCF). The financing supports the implementation of the payment infrastructure of Wirex Pay directly on Stellar.
The integration makes all Wirex paying services available to users and developers in the Stellar Ecosystem. These services include Stablecoin-linked current accounts with Visa debit Cards; non-right business banking tools such as wage cards, yield products and reporting functions; And a Web3 Banking-AS-A-Service platform designed to support Dapps or DEXs based on Stellar in offering their own map and fiat account services.
Wirex Pay is intended to complete integration in the coming months. The development has already begun and the company cooperates with members of the community and technical contributors to tailor the functions of the platform to the needs of the stellar ecosystem.
This expansion is part of Wirex’s broader strategy to support the financial inclusion by offering financial instruments in Underbanked regions.
