Her wounded uncle, 49, walked into Flushing Hospital about 15 minutes later with gunshot wounds to his arm and back, police and sources said. He was listed in stable condition.

Investigators found a Volkswagen parked outside the building — believed to belong to one of the victims — with a trail of blood inside, sources said.

According to the sources, four shell casings were also found at the scene.

The shooter is believed to be known to both victims, police said.

According to the sources, a tenant on the first floor saw a man, believed to be between 20 and 30 years old, running away after the shooting.

No arrests have been made and investigators are looking for video footage that could provide clues.
