XRP Price Weakens as ETF Flows Turn Negative

XRP price is showing signs of weakness in the short term. The altcoin has fallen below its rising support line and is now trading below $1,450, indicating that buyers may be losing control.

The crypto market is also back within its previous range. Unless XRP reclaims the $1,452-$1,465 zone, upside potential could remain limited, and any return to that area could face selling pressure. If the price falls below $1.4236, the next level will be around $1.387.

Ripple XRP supply is falling, but buyers are still present

XRP reserves on Binance have fallen sharply from approximately $10 billion in July 2025 to approximately $3.9 billion in March 2026, a decline of approximately 61%.

This decline could be due to investors moving funds into private wallets, institutional accumulation, transfers to other platforms, or use in DeFi and on-chain activities.

At the same time, the order book data shows that the pressure on the buy side is stronger than the pressure on the sell side. This suggests that there is solid support at lower levels, and that it may take less capital to push prices up than to push them down.

XRP ETF sees losses and limited inflows

Institutional signals are mixed. A Bitwise Asset Management fund reported a net loss of $25.937 million, entirely due to unrealized losses on its XRP investments. The fund owns 131.2 million XRP, reported no investment income and posted a loss of $2.31 per share. It launched on November 19, 2025, trading started the next day, and it only sells XRP as needed to cover costs.

More broadly, US XRP ETFs saw just four days of inflows in March, compared to six days of outflows. Total assets under management currently stand at approximately $1.02 billion.

The growth of the XRPL network continues

According to data from Santiment, the XRP Ledger continues to grow despite recent price pressures. There are now approximately 5.66 million wallets holding less than 100 XRP, approximately 2.01 million wallets holding between 100 and 100,000 XRP, and 32,054 wallets holding more than 100,000

This steady increase among small, medium and large investors indicates that user participation remains strong, even as overall market sentiment remains cautious.

Short-term momentum appears weak unless key levels are regained, but declining exchange supply and steady network growth show that interest in XRP has not disappeared.
