It looks like Motorola is joining the trend of bringing AI-powered features to its phones, and the latest addition is the long-awaited Circle to Search functionality.
Originally exclusive to the Google Pixel 8, Pixel 8 Pro, and Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, this tool allows users to search for information about anything they see on their screen by simply circling it.
Now Motorola plans to introduce this feature on its own phones.

In a recent announcement, Motorola confirmed that Circle to Search will be making its way into “model selection.”
The company explained the feature as “a new way to search with a simple gesture on select Motorola smartphones,” allowing users to highlight, circle or tap visual elements to quickly search for related information without changing the app they’re using to leave.
For example, if you are reading this article and want to know more about the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra, you can simply draw a circle around the image below. Circle to Search provides details about the product, reviews or where to buy it. It.

This move from Motorola follows a larger trend among top Android phones, with brands like Xiaomi and Honor also embracing the Circle to Search feature for their premium devices.
While Motorola has confirmed the arrival of Circle to Search, it has yet to provide specific details on when the feature will roll out or which of its models will receive it.
Given the feature’s initial launch on high-end devices from other brands, it’s likely that Motorola will follow suit, with the recent Motorola Razr 50, Razr 50 Ultra and Edge 50 series being the prime candidates for the initial release.
