A man who broke the headlines 20 years ago by brutally killing his roommate was found dead by suicide in his apartment in Brooklyn earlier this week, according to the authorities.
Howard Goldstein, 67, it was discovered that not responding with a zipper around his neck during a wellness check performed by Chaveirim on January 27.
Goldstein’s employer called for the wellness check that was carried out by the Orthodox Jewish volunteer organization.
