The father of the killed teenager Austin Metcalf said he hoped that he could pray with the family of the alleged murderer of his son – but felt “not respected” when he rose earlier this week at a press conference organized by the chin of the accused Slayer and was thrown away.
The Van Karmelo Anthony family held the press event in Dallas last Thursday, a few days after the 17-year-old was allowed to leave in prison at house arrest.
But the procedure came to a halt when Austin’s father Jeff Metcalf appeared from nowhere – only to be stuck out by a pack of Dallas Cops. He thought it could have been treated differently.

After the spontaneous appearance, both Metcalf and his ex-wife had called the police to their houses in ‘swatting’ jokes, he confirmed to the post.
He also resigned from his real estate track on Saturday, for fear of the safety of his colleague and customers, he said.
But Metcalf said he did not mean bad will by appearing at the event – he just wanted to “represent Austin” in response to people who drive him online, paint the late teen as a violent bully.
Metcalf said he had hoped for an apology from the Anthonys for the actions of their son, who reportedly stabbed Austin, also 17, in the heart during a fight for a chair on a high school job in Frisco, Texas, earlier this month.

During the conference, Karmelo’s mother Kala Hayes spoke through tears about what they ‘lies and false accusations that have been said about us, especially in the past week,’ claimed that they ‘have endangered my family’.
