The very first Ferrari SUV is a hot item in Australia.
At launch, the Prancing Horse stopped taking orders as wait times around the world stretched to more than 18 months, while dealers in Australia said AutoExpert the wait for an “expression of interest” – which does not guarantee a construction site – was two years.
Ferrari Australasia president Jan Hendrik Voss said this AutoExpert “If people are interested in ordering a Purosangue, they should definitely contact their dealer.”

“We are always short of supply, and that is also our mantra – one car less than the market demands – but never say never.
“It’s a great car, and depending on how the production cycle unfolds, an ownership opportunity could arise down the road.”
As applies to “almost every Ferrari you order now”, the waiting times for buyers with a construction slot are approximately 18 months.
Ferrari confirmed at launch that the Purosangue has limited production to around 3,000 units per year, but the car is not limited to long-time Ferrari customers like some of its rarer models.
The power of the very first Ferrari SUV comes from a naturally aspirated 6.5-litre V12 engine that delivers 533 kW and 716 Nm. Redline is 8250 rpm, unheard of in a modern SUV.
Pricing starts at $728,000 before on-road costs, although once adjusted it probably won’t change anything more than a cool $1 million.
