“The only thing I want is that my wife gets better and that everyone leaves her alone.”
The 45-year-old Democrat was reportedly recorded on video by another driver who waved the entire road across the road and almost poured a Nut Pool after she had picked up her 2-year-old son of the daycare center on St. Patrick’s Day.
The police arrived in Laplaca’s house and found her toddler tied in a car seat in the rear passenger seat.
The officers then have her performed field test tests, where she can be seen again when she stumbles again when she is asked on one leg.
While investigating her car, officers reportedly found a water bottle filled with alcohol and a small drink bottle.
Laplaca was then arrested and accused of driving under the influence, reckless driving and endangering the well -being of a child. She was released with a summons to appear in court on April 28.

Welders of Lumberton Township took a commissioner meeting after her arrest and e-mail stating that she would not resign to gather against the 45-year-old mayor of Democrat.
Laplaca’s colleague committee member, Terrance Benson, chose the side of the residents and called for her resignation.
“My personal opinion is that the mayor jerks and heals himself,” said Benson.
Her arrest came only a week after she resigned as a business manager in Neptune Township, according to the Asbury Park Press.
The resignation of Laplaca came after an online video that was accompanied by the Mount Holly Fire Commissioners by the police on 5 March.
In the Video of 14 secondsLaplaca heard another woman call a “skank bi – h” while the police removed her from the room.
“You have no idea what I have experienced, you f – king skank bi – h,” she heard.
The heated exchange was inflamed when the public criticized her husband’s appointment as captain of the Ewing Township fire brigade in Mercer County, the Asbury Park Press reported.
Carty published a statement after the video was posted that he “asked Gina personally to leave the meeting because of the intimidation to which she was subjected by the unmanageable crowd.”
“Of course only a short clip was placed that shows her that she was folding back, but the truth is that she was harassed for more than an hour. A few individuals made disgusting and misogynistic comments to her and they should be ashamed of herself,” he said.
Laplaca has been the business manager in Neptune Township since January 2022.
