The mother of one influencer is a big fan of going under the knife to enhance her natural beauty.
In 2023, she left for Turkey for a series of procedures, including a rhinoplasty, breast correction and fillers.
She told followers: “New breast implants after giving birth have really helped me fill the loose sac and also helped with my waves.
“I’m overwhelmed, I couldn’t be happier.”
Hannah also showed off the results of her other cosmetic procedures, including ‘eyelid surgery’ and a ‘fox eye lift’.
In previous years she explained: “My first boob job at 18, here I am now, the same person, still loving what I love. New implants at 32.”
The Love Island alumni arrived at the villa on day one in 2015 alongside Jess Hayes, Jon Clark, Joshua Ritchie, Lauren Richardson, Luis Morrison, Jordan Ring, Zoe Brown, Omar Sultani, Chris Williamson, Danielle Pyne and Rachel Christie.
It’s been more than eight years since Hannah came second in the first series with then-boyfriend Jon Clark.

In January 2024, Hannah joined the lineup for the All Stars spin-off version of the show.
When asked why she decided to return, Hannah said: “I’m returning to the Love Island Villa because I did it eight years ago and what an opportunity I never thought I’d get again.
“I’m not very good at finding love, but I had a ball the first time, so I’m going to have a ball again.”
Meanwhile, Jon’s newbie Bethany bears an uncanny resemblance to his ex Hannah.
The Only Way Is Essex lad has kept fans updated on his relationship status as he wrote on Instagram: “Mi Amor”.
Jon shared a photo of the loved-up couple in a bar in Marbella, posing in dark sunglasses with his arm around his new girlfriend.
Fans said: “Definitely your type.”
As well as Hannah’s romance with Essex boy Jon Clark, she has also dated George Andreeti.
The couple got engaged after proposing in 2018, but ultimately split just six days before their son was born.
