Murder of Princeton Murder Matthew Hertgen appears for the first time in Suicide Smock after alleged dead, mutilation of his brother

The Preppy Princeton-Man who was accused of the killing and mutilation of his brother, appeared on Thursday in the court in a blue anti-suicide that he stood opposite a judge for the first time since the horrible crimes.

Matthew Hertgen, 31, said nothing during the short hearing with video conference-in which his lawyer asked for a week-long delay to prepare and revise the discovery.

Judge Amber Gibbs agreed and stated the following personal judicial date before 6 March in Mercer County Superior Court.

Lawyer Jason Matey is also planning to meet his client in prison on March 4.

Hertgen was accused of murder for the horrible Saturday evening murder in which he reportedly had beaten his brother, Joseph Hertgen, and stabbed it with a golf club and a knife.

Then he tore out the eyeball of his brother and ate it and set the Kat family on fire, according to police sources.

He has been in prison for 30 years when he is convicted.
