An NHS nurse is being investigated for taking explicit snaps for a website for adults during work.
Sarah Whittall, 24, has also made sex tires and sells its used underwear on fans alone.
The health care assistant can be seen in her bra and underpants under her uniform.
Her NHS Hospital Id Lanyard can also be seen in the photos.
In a video, based in Eastern, her breasts forbid and says, “Oh God, I get so nervous that I am caught.”
In another clip she performs a sexual act for herself, while in a third she has sex with a paramedic after “lost a patient”.
Sarah says, “Sex and die go together … Strange how to make that horny.”
She also sells used underwear in NHS Pathology Services Specimen bags.
A source said: “This is completely inappropriate.
“She must be focused on saving lives, not exciting for financial gain.”

The NHS was to investigate the business yesterday and a spokesperson said: “All employees should maintain levels of professionalism patients and expect the public.”
