He could have just flipped the goose the bird.
A Hoboken, N.J., man has been charged with animal cruelty after allegedly deliberately crashing and killing an innocent goose with his fast-moving e-bike.
People called 911 in shock shortly after seeing 30-year-old Andrew Mullins hit the goose with the motorized bicycle on September 11, near Pier A Park on Sinatra Drive.
Officers arrived at the park just after 5:30 p.m. and Mullins had already fled.
But “they located a person matching the description of the individual on an e-bike and he was positively identified” as the goose murder suspect, a city spokesperson told The Post.
The goose was taken to an animal hospital, but did not survive.
Mullins spent the night in jail after being charged with animal cruelty, a misdemeanor punishable by up to six months in jail and a fine of up to $1,000.
He also received a summons for riding an e-bike on a sidewalk.
Hoboken police have had run-ins with Mullins in the past.
On April 27, Mullins allegedly threw a wooden roadblock sign through the windshield of a Queens man’s car.
Hoboken police arrested him on an outstanding warrant.
The driver of the car tried to run him over, resulting in an attempted murder charge.
Mullins was also arrested on April 14, 2023, on an outstanding warrant for aggravated assault in Bayonne.
At the time, he was charged with weapons possession after police reportedly found brass knuckles on him.
