Veteran from the industry DCypher grateful for recognizing hard work
Hollywood, Ca – The 2025 Urban X Awards have announced their list of nominees, and Rising Star PR is delighted to announce that they have again earned a nomination for the most popular PR. Last year they took the trophy home. Although owner DCypher this year hopes for a repetition of honor, he admits that he is grateful for recognition.
