The 88-year-old woman has eliminated two front teeth in any punch attack in Times Square: NYPD

An 88-year-old woman had eliminated her two front teeth by a disturbed brute who randomly hit her face while he walked through Times Square, according to the NYPD.

Carly Marder, 88, was on her own company that ran near 35th Street and 7th Avenue when a 30-year-old man hit her in the face without any warning or earlier interaction, according to the NYPD.

Marder, born in 1937, was beaten on the floor and her two front teeth were eliminated by the fishing choice of Klap and Required Medical Aid, said police sources.


An 88-year-old woman had eliminated her two front teeth when a random stranger hit her on Times Square, the police said.

She was taken to Lennox Hill Hospital for treatment.

The police are looking for a 30-year-old suspect who fled the stage to unknown parts.

This attack is the most recent in a disturbing increase in attacks on older adults in the city.

Brazen attacks in the vulnerable class of New Yorkers have doubled since 2019 with the NYPD who registers 1,228 crime attacks against people aged 65 and older so far this year.

The NYPD has made arrests in 962 of those cases, a spokesperson told The Post.
